PROJECT ACTIVITIES
The aim of the project is promote more the sport activities in Arad and organize 2 events: bike and run race. The event who had 2600 runners and 400 persons in organizing team: The marathon, the half marathon and road running of Arad.
The project is divided into 2 different stage: STAGE C – 9 months starting on March 2020; STAGE D – 2 months starting in September 2020
The volunteers during the long – term stage (9 months) will be involved in different activities: Promotion at local level; Promotion at national level; Promotion at international level; Photo-Video;Online promotion; Design; Sportive arts; HR Management; Partnerships; Fundraising; Trainings; Logistics; Sport routes; Registration; Intervention; Practicing own sports; Sportive online platform; Ecology; Awards & certification; Public relations; Timing; Entrepreneurship workshops; Language and culture workshops; Mentorship workshops; Suppliers Management.
VOLUNTEER PROFILE
Selection will be based on the eligibility criteria and motivation, we believe with the proper motivation and strong one for learning sport and event management, learning and experience it live may be more relevant than experience.
PRACTICALITIES
The volunteer has to pay nothing, there is no fee, and all costs are covered as the rules of European Solidarity Corps – Volunteering projects (ex-EVS) as the followings:
Accommodation: room of 2 volunteers, with bathroom inside, and access to kitchen, laundry, eating space etc. in a student dormitory:
Travel costs: from your home to us and back up to the ERASMUS+ distance calculator budget limit;
Food and pocket money: 50 E/month food money; – 90 E/month pocket money.
