Bona Fides Association and PiGreco-SEMI di intercultura APS are looking for an open-minded and motivated participant in a 6-months project “Youth International – Embracing Diversity” in Faenza, Italy! Join us for a vibrant experience in central northern Italy! The volunteer will support our organization in the international projects, help in social media management, take part in local and international initiatives, workshops with youngsters and children and contribute to activities at the local Youth Information Centre.

Project mission and aim

Our Mission:

With this project, our goal is to foster a vibrant and intercultural environment right here in Faenza. It’s our vision to unite people from various corners of Europe, creating a tapestry of cultures that share common values of tolerance and peace.

Project Aim:

We’re here to create an inclusive and intercultural community in Faenza. By uniting young people from different European countries, our aim is to foster tolerance and peace within our local community.

Activities

THE ACTIVITIES WILL BE EQUALLY DIVIDED INTO LEARNING AND VOLUNTEERING; THEY WILL FOLLOW A LEARNING BY DOING APPROACH IN THE FRAME OF NON-FORMAL EDUCATION.

Italian language, international projects, helping in the educational projects (school workshops, afterschool or Asyluum seekers course), communication workshops, activities in/with Youth information center, promotion of Erasmus+, Personal project, local events and lots of other activities.

Support and training

All volunteers receive task-specific training, weekly communication workshops, and access to On Arrival and Mid-Term trainings, plus the Online Language Learning platform (and possibility to attend Italian language school). 

Accommodation

WHEN IT COMES TO WHERE YOU’LL REST YOUR HEAD, WE’VE GOT IT COVERED! OUR VOLUNTEERS WILL STAY IN ONE OF TWO AWESOME HOUSES – “KALI-CASA” AND “CASA EUROPA.” PLUS, WE HAVE A MODERN DORMITORY CALLED THE CLAB RIGHT IN THE HEART OF FAENZA CITY CENTER.

What to Expect?

  • Each housing comes equipped with a bathroom, a shared kitchen, living or study room.
  • Accommodation provides both single and double rooms to ensure your comfort during your stay.
  • Rest assured, these houses have all the basic necessities you’ll need to live comfortably during your stay.
