Bona Fides Association and PiGreco-SEMI di intercultura APS are looking for 2 participants from Poland for “Mentoring Through Creativity” – a training course designed to explore the theme of creative mentoring through inclusion in the workplace and society, which will take place in Rimini, Italy in February 2026.

Duration: 8 days

Project objectives

  • Develop Creative Mentoring Competences
    Help participants explore and practice creative methods that support young people’s personal growth and emotional expression.
  • Strengthen Youth Workers’ Capacity to Create Safe, Inclusive Spaces
    Offer tools to design mentoring environments that ensure emotional safety, intercultural sensitivity, and accessibility.
  • Promote Peer Learning and Good Practice Exchange
    Encourage youth workers to share experiences, challenges, and solutions across different contexts.
  • Foster Non-Violent Communication
    Enhance participants’ skills in using non-violent communication to support young people in expressing challenges and finding constructive solutions.
  • Support Youth Workers’ Personal and Professional Development
    Provide space for reflection, self-awareness, and expanding creative facilitation skills.

Participant profile

We are looking for participants of all ages, fluent in English, with experience in youth work, volunteering, or project coordination (especially within ESC).

Ideal candidates are motivated to create inclusive and safe spaces in their projects, open to sharing their experiences, and eager to learn practical tools for managing diverse groups.
