Bona Fides Association and Arco e.V. Wiesbaden are looking for Polish volunteers (between 15 and 25 years old) and a team leader (30+ no age limit) to join a Youth Exchange “Metropolis 2026” – Youth encounter with 60 young people in Wiesbaden!

About the Project
We are thrilled to welcome you to Wiesbaden for an exciting week of creativity, movement, expression, and intercultural exchange!
“Metropolis” is an international youth encounter that brings together around 80 young people aged 15–25, leaders and staff from various European countries. Through creative expression, shared games and activities the project creates a space to:
- Express yourself through body, voice, colour, objects, and space
- Connect with people from different cultural backgrounds
- Learn together in a collaborative and playful atmosphere
- Create a final collective artistic presentation
- Experience nature, self-organisation, group life and fun
You’ll live, work, cook and share daily life on a beautiful natural campsite in Wiesbaden — a place where creativity meets community.
