Bona Fides and Grenzenlos are looking for motivated candidates (aged 18-30, citizens or residents of Poland) for several new long-term ESC volunteering placements with Melange Wien in Austria!

Duration: 6 – 11 months
MELANGE is a program for European Solidarity Corps individual volunteering projects in Vienna. The program is run by the organization Grenzenlos in close cooperation with WIENXTRA for the city of Vienna. The MELANGE program provides special support to volunteers and host organizations that participate in European Solidarity Corps volunteering activities.
The volunteering activities are hosted by different organizations located in Vienna and Klosterneuburg, Austria, startiing in May 2026 for a duration of 6 – 11 months!
The working areas range from the field of childcare and education, youth and community work, to culture and arts, and projects fighting social challenges!
BASEBALLSCHULE
a non-profit organization that promotes exercise and health with baseball
as a platform to support the development of children and youngsters.
Project dates: 01.05.2026 – 31.03.2027 (11 months)
Location: Vienna
Activities of the volunteer: project management, marketing and communication, assisting in sports activities and events

TANZ DIE TOLERANZ
a participatory dance project, bringing people of different ages, genders,
ethnicities, religions, social backgrounds, etc. together through dance.
Project dates: 01.05.2026 – 31.03.2027 (11 months)
Location: Vienna
Activities of the volunteer: logistic support of dance rehearsals, photo and video documentation, social media, office support work
Application deadline: 15.12.2025
Wohnheim St. Martin
a living place for about 25 adults with various disabilities
with the main task to offer housing and (re)integration into the society.
Project dates: 01.05.2026 – 31.03.2027 (11 months)
Location: Klosterneuburg
Activities of the volunteer: supporting the staff and the clients with the daily program and leasure time activities
Application deadline: 15.12.2025
Grenzenlos without barriers
a non-profit organization that promotes youth exchange, volunteering opportunities,
and non-formal education activities.
Exclusively for people with disabilities or chronic diseases.
Project dates: 01.05.2026 – 31.10.2026 (6 months)
Location: Vienna
Activities of the volunteer: general office support, project management, social media, supporting the workcamps and more!
(can be tailored according to the skills and interests of the volunteer)

Important: Applicants will only be considered in the selection process if they have followed the Melange application procedure (indicated their sending supporting organization – Bona Fides Association) and submitted the application form via e-mail to application@melange.wien in time.
In the selection process, priority is generally given to candidates with fewer opportunities.
