Facility Lipová is the oldest facility of Lipka. It is situated near the city centre in a functionalist villa surrounded by a natural garden. The key focuses of the facility are environmental education programmes for primary and secondary schools. In the afternoons the building fills with children attending natural science and art courses and adults coming for handicrafts clubs. Families with children visit Lipová all year long to attend events organized for the general public. Lipová also organizes summer, autumn and spring camps for kids.

An important part of activities are seminars for university students, teachers and pedagogues, as well as tutorial work for trainees.

Kamenná is the youngest training facility of Lipka. It focuses on the environmental education of adults, primarily teachers and develops a system of teacher training which encompasses long-term specialized studies for school coordinator of environmental education as well as individual thematic seminars for teachers of different subjects and all school grades.

Kamenná coordinates a network of South Moravian schools interested in environmental education and also pays close attention to topics such as teaching about one’s region and natural school gardens. Kamenná also participate on preparation of future teachers for their vocation by teaching university students of pedagogy, ecology and environmentalism about environmental topics.

The EVS project will be coordinated by Luzanky – centre of leisure time. There are two EVS volunteers working at four different places on individual projects (25 hours per week, described below). Each volunteer has weekly meeting with external coordinator from Lužánky and from time to time with colleagues to evaluate and plan the project.
Volunteers have Czech language course lasting for 3 months (60 minutes twice a week). At the beginning of the activity volunteers work 5 hours per week together with the external and/or internal coordinator on tasks connected with their integration into the Czech Republic and Lipka and presentation of EVS and their presence in Lipka. After 6 months volunteers can use this 5 hours per week to prepare and realize their own project in Lipka.
Volunteers can visit some of the courses and events organized by Lipka for free. Volunteers have 2 free days per week (usually weekends) plus 2 days of vacation per month.
