Fides Association and the Czech organization “SVC Decko Nachod” are looking volunteers for the “Discover your superpowers” project.

Tasks of the volunteer : VOLUNTEER IN LESUIRE TIME CENTRES
Volunteer for sport activities:
- Work with children and youth groups (6-18 years old) in sport and outdoor activities (for example: florbal, shooting club, climbing, free run) under the leadership of a specialist
- Work on spontaneous, occasional events and summer camps
- The volunteer shall work in the youth club. The youth club is a space for spontaneous activity of youths. The club also acts as an information centre for youths.

Volunteer for art crafts:
- Work with children and youth (6-14 years old) in art classes, decorating, creating posters, ceramics, jewellery etc. under the leadership of an art education specialist.Work on spontaneous, occasional events and summer camps for children and families.The volunteer shall work in the youth club. The youth club is a space for spontaneous activity of youths. The club also acts as an information centre for youths.
- The volunteer will also have space to create a project on his/her own, bringing new.
Requirements to youngster: More independent, creative, active youngster with leadership, planning and organizational skills, loving children or youngsters, getting fun from spending time together with children or youngsters.
Accommodation and funding : food, accomodation, pocket money and travel costs are covered by Erasmus+ pocket and food money are all together 260EUR per month.
Insurance-EVS insurance plan:ttps://www.cignahealthbenefits.com/en/plan-members For European Union citizens with EHIC, the medical expenses will be reimbursed in their home country. We are suggesting checking the possibilities, in order to get reimbursement in your National Health Department before EVS.

Participants’ profiles :
– be available for the duration of the volunteering period and pre-departure training;
– strong motivation for work in a different area;
– work requires psychological and physical resistance, patience and compassion;
– volunteers must be active, flexible, creative, responsible, with good communication skills, ready for teamwork;
