Bona Fides Association and Strauss APS are looking for 2 Polish volunteers to take part in a long-term ESC project in Mussomeli, Italy. Create campaigns, workshops and solidarity events with the local community while working in an international team, using non-formal education, and growing skills for inclusion, citizenship and community impact!

IMPACTION STRAUSS
ImpAction is an international volunteering project in the heart of rural Sicily, designed to combine creativity, education, and solidarity in order to generate tangible community change. Hosted in collaboration with local organizations, the project brings together young people from across Europe to co-create educational and community-based initiatives that empower youth, foster inclusion, and strengthen active citizenship.
What you will do ️
As a volunteer, you will engage in a variety of non-formal education activities, workshops, and solidarity based initiatives. Here are the core tasks:
Digital Awareness campaigns
🔹 Communicate on priority issues for the EU
🔹 Promote values and youth participation through storytelling and creative media
Language and training workshops
🔹 Learn new languages and share your own knowledge with the local community
🔹 Co-design and deliver workshops with local and international volunteers
Community activities
🔹 Support book exchanges
🔹 Implement second-hand markets
🔹 Other solidarity-driven initiatives
Social activities
🔹 Organize regular themed recreational evenings
🔹 Implement cooperative initiatives developed together with the local community

Training during the activity

Participant profile
Who are we looking for? Aged 18–30 Open-minded, collaborative, and creative Interested in community building, youth work, and intercultural learning Willing to live and work in a rural setting No specific skills or previous experience required – just motivation and curiosity!
